All Maison Mossen items benefit from free shipping, regardless of the destination country. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees.
Shipping times
Times vary depending on location and type of product ordered. If your item is in stock and the order is confirmed before 2 PM (French time), it is shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day.
Estimated delivery times
- Metropolitan France: 5 to 7 business days
- France (clothes made in France): 2 business days
- European Union (excluding France): 8 to 12 business days
- European Union (clothes made in France): 12 to 16 business days
- Outside EU: 8 to 12 business days
- Outside EU (clothes made in France): 12 to 16 business days
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track each step of the delivery from your customer account.
Important notes
• All orders require a complete and valid address.
• A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the country.
• In case of absence, the package may be delivered to a neighbor, a relay point, or a local post office.
• If the package is returned due to non-delivery, a new shipment can be scheduled after address verification.
