Item Availability

All items presented on our site are available for sale as long as they are displayed as "In stock". Once your order is confirmed, the products are immediately reserved for you.

Items in stock

In-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). An order confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Out-of-stock items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, a note will appear directly on the product page.

In this case, you can contact us at maisonmossen@gmail.com: we can arrange a quick restock if the item is still in production. Our team will confirm the exact lead times by return email.

Made-to-order products

Certain items, particularly those from limited editions or made in France, may only be produced to order. Manufacturing times are then specified on the product page.

Exceptional unavailability

If an ordered item becomes unavailable during preparation, you will be immediately informed by email. The corresponding amount will be refunded within 48 business hours via the payment method used.

Important notes

• Our quantities are deliberately limited to guarantee the rarity and quality of each piece.

• Stock levels can change rapidly, especially during launches or promotions.
